The Truth is Out!

A revolution in health care and health management is coming ...

In the making of this documentary the producer was taken by the fact that his science was never questioned, only his application of it...

It is now clear that animal based food industries and government health officials are well aware of the healing power of fruit and vegetables and the destructive negative health impact of animal products.

The only real issue now is; "How long will it take for officials to admit they were wrong and for a fundamental change in the way we treat sickness to become accepted?"

Synopsis

Synopsis

Research shows that 80% of heart attacks and a third of cancers would be prevented if New Zealanders adopted a whole foods, plant based (WFPB) lifestyle. This film calls for a radical change to government health policy, and for it to state that 'heart disease, diabetes, obesity, and many cancers can be prevented or reversed by adopting a WFPB lifestyle'.

This documentary investigates strong evidence that Type 1 Diabetes is caused by A1 cows milk. Also that cows milk gives no benefits to bones and its calcium causes increased damage to the heart and internal organs. As well research shows that cows milk is implicated in Crohn's Disease.

Stories are told of people being cured of; Ulcerative Colitis, Heart Disease and Type 2 Diabetes by simply changing what they eat. As well Obese people lose huge weight on a WFPB diet, without needing to exercise or restricting their food intake.

A surgeon tells of New Zealand’s world high Bowel Cancer rates and directly relates these to red meat, processed foods and animal fat consumption. The film also scrutinizes sausage and mince fat content. Once water is removed, frankfurters contain a huge 62% fat and common mince even more!

Over the past decade New Zealand meat consumption has dropped 15%. Beef has dropped by more than a third and sheep meat by a huge 83%!

Later in the film experts show how to change one's diet and enjoy this new way of living. Others tell of how animal based food industry lobbyists influence government policies, while reducing food quality and increasing profits. Meanwhile kiwis are kept ignorant and needlessly suffer heart disease, cancers and premature death at young ages.

Grant narrates this story and tells of his own journey from heart attack and multiple stents, to full health and active lifestyle today. Along the way he seeks comment from; the Heart Foundation, Cancer Society, Fonterra and Beef+Lamb, - and finally confronts health officials asking; “Why wasn’t I told that my heart attack could have been avoided?”

In the course of his journey Grant interviews seven professors, nine doctors and numerous health specialists.

One WFPB doctor puts it this way; “How can we have studies on heart disease, that don’t recognise the fact that we already have a cure for heart disease?”

Who? What? Where?

Plant Based cooking class #1.png
Who is this doco aimed at?

1. The next generation of health conscious young adults. These people are forming their life principals and looking to their future and that of their partner and coming children. They want to know the truth about the ill effects of fat and animal foods, and how to apply a whole food plant based (WFPB) diet to their lives.

2. Medical and Health officials. The thousands of community GPs who deal with preventable diseases everyday that could be avoided and cured by adopting a WFPB lifestyle. This also includes the thousands of hospital surgeons, specialists and nutritionists, as well as Ministry of Health officials and Government  decision makers.

3. Middle aged and senior health nuts. The thousands of vegetarians, vegans and plant based enthusiast who are very interested in the 'no animal foods' topic.

Many of the above will pay to view plant-based movies on YouTube, - and will share and talk about their messages on social media.

Food is our Medicine ... *

A whole food plant based (WFPB) diet includes a large variety of whole plant foods while excluding any meat, fish, dairy or eggs. Contrary to what we have been taught we can get all the nutrition we need from plants. Whole means minimally processed. Our body knows best how to process whole foods to get the maximum nutrition. When we eat a whole foods plant based diet we never have to worry about getting enough nutrition, as long as we are getting enough calories. Neither do we need to be overly concerned about portion control, reducing calories or getting enough fibre. You will be amazed at how simple eating this way is and even more amazed at the benefits.

Oils are not whole foods. They are incredibly calorie dense and so pack on the weight. They damage the lining of our blood vessels that can lead to heart disease and are now known to be a main cause of diabetes.
